Notifications¶
The platform sends in-app notifications for important events related to your scans and account activity.
Viewing Notifications¶
Navigate to the Notifications page from the sidebar or click the bell icon in the top bar.
- Unread notifications have a blue left border and light blue background.
- Read notifications have a plain white background.
Each notification shows:
- Title (bold when unread)
- Message with details
- Date in the top-right corner
Unread Count¶
The bell icon in the top bar shows a red badge with the number of unread notifications. If there are more than 9, it displays 9+. The count refreshes automatically every 30 seconds.
Marking as Read¶
- Single notification — click on a notification to mark it as read. If the notification has an associated link (e.g. to a scan result), you will be navigated there.
- All notifications — click the Mark all read button (top-right) to clear all unread indicators at once.
Notification Types¶
You may receive notifications for events such as:
- Scan completed
- Scan failed
- New vulnerabilities found
- Results shared with you
Email Notifications¶
In addition to in-app notifications, you can opt in to email notifications from the Settings page:
- Notify when scan completes
- Notify on new vulnerabilities
- Notify when results are shared with me
